At Access to Success, we are on a mission to Enable Everyone. As a leading global accelerator for accessibility startups, we champion the people, ideas, and technologies creating a more accessible future. From founders to funders to disability leaders, we bring together the changemakers redefining what’s possible - for people with disabilities and, ultimately, for us all.

We do what we do so that useful, innovative, and affordable accessibility solutions are available to everyone, everywhere. From braille pads to brain computer interfaces, we exist to help take life-changing technology from the brains of builders into the hands of the people who need it most.

Our founder, Varun Chandak, lives with hearing loss and Erb’s palsy. He dreams of a future where smart contact lenses could deliver live captions on demand. That technology doesn’t exist - yet. But Access to Success was created to help make dreams like that a reality - not just for Varun, but for millions of others.

As of August 2025, our 78 alumni startups from 10 countries have benefited over 2.1 million people with disabilities and raised over $55M and more than $61M in revenues. Our goal is to benefit 8 million people with disabilities by 2030, representing the current number of Canadians with disabilities.
