State of Disability Inclusion in
MBA Programs

The MBA is often considered to be a gateway to leadership roles. It’s important to ensure this pipeline of future leaders is not just inclusive, but also accessible.

In the world’s first report on disability inclusion in MBA programs, we uncover how business schools can become more accessible and inclusive for MBA students with disabilities.

We hope that the findings from this report can serve as an opportunity for systemic change – an opportunity to improve inclusion of people with disabilities in MBA programs.
